SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In connection with this lease reinstatement, the lessees agreed to the amended lease terms for rentals and royalties specified in the applicable regulations—$10 per acre, or fraction thereof, per year and 16 2⁄3 percent, respectively. The lessees also agreed to the amended lease stipulations described in the associated Reinstatement Certification. The lessees paid the required $500 administrative fee and the $159 cost for publishing this notice. The lessees met the requirements for reinstatement of the lease per Sec. 31(d) and (e) of the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920. The BLM proposes to reinstate the lease effective February 1, 2015, under the original terms and conditions of the lease and the increased rental and royalty rates cited above. Land Management (BLM) invites public comments on, and plans to request 
approval to continue, the collection of information from those who wish 
to participate in the exploration, development, production, and 
utilization of geothermal resources on BLM-managed public lands, and on 
lands managed by other Federal agencies. The Office of Management and 
Budget (OMB) has assigned control number 1004-0132 to this information 
collection.
