The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) is considering
issuance of amendments to Facility
Operating License Nos. DPR–77 and
DPR–79, issued to the Tennessee Valley
Authority, for operation of the Sequoyah
Nuclear Plant (SQN), Units 1 and 2. The
proposed amendments would revise the
SQN, Units 1 and 2, Cyber Security Plan
(CSP) implementation schedule for
Milestone 8 and would revise the
associated license condition in the
Facility Operating Licenses. The
amendment request contains sensitive
unclassified non-safeguards information
(SUNSI).
DATES: Submit comments by August 8,
2016. Requests for a hearing or petition
for leave to intervene must be filed by
September 6, 2016. Any potential party
as defined in § 2.4 of title 10 of the Code
of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), who
believes access to SUNSI is necessary to
respond to this notice must request
document access by July 18, 2016.
