The Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), as lead Federal agency for the MidA RPB, is publishing this notice on behalf of the MidA RPB. The MidA RPB will consider all public comments in revising the draft Plan, and will submit a final Plan to the National Ocean Council (NOC or Council) for its concurrence.
