AGENCY: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) received and is considering approval of four SUMMARY: PO 00000 Frm 00092 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 43661 amendment requests. The amendment requests are for the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS); Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC); and Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant (BFN), Units 1, 2, and 3. For each amendment request, the NRC proposes to determine that it involves no significant hazards consideration. In addition, each amendment request contains sensitive unclassified nonsafeguards information (SUNSI). DATES: Comments must be filed by August 4, 2016. A request for a hearing must be filed by September 6, 2016. Any potential party as defined in § 2.4 of title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), who believes access to SUNSI is necessary to respond to this notice must request document access by July 15, 2016.
