This action terminates the
appointment of Rosalyn L. Cole as
Federal Coordinating Officer for this
disaster.

The Federal Emergency
Management Agency, as part of its
continuing effort to reduce paperwork
and respondent burden, invites the
general public and other Federal
agencies to take this opportunity to
comment on a revision of a currently
approved information collection. In
accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995, this notice seeks
comments concerning the certification
of floodproofed residential basements in
Special Flood Hazard Areas (SFHAs).
DATES: Comments must be submitted on
or before September 6, 2016.
