provisions of the Agency’s regulations
that require registration for domestic
and foreign facilities that manufacture,
process, pack, or hold food for human
or animal consumption in the United
States.
From July 1 through July 5, 2016, the
Federal eRulemaking Portal, https://
www.regulations.gov, is undergoing
maintenance. We are, therefore,
extending the comment period for
commenting on the information
collection provisions of the Agency’s
regulations that require registration for
domestic and foreign facilities that
