Respondents (i.e., affected public): This information collection applies solely to local governments in New York State that have HUD-administered CDBG grants that remain open or continue to generate program income. Estimated Number of Respondents: 40. Estimated Number of Responses: 40. Frequency of Response: Annually. Average Hours per Response: 4. Total Estimated Burdens: 160. B.
