The Proposed Amendment
Accordingly, pursuant to the
authority delegated to me, the Federal
Aviation Administration proposes to
amend 14 CFR part 71 as follows:
That airspace extending upward from the
surface within 1.8 miles east and 2.8 miles
west of the 342° bearing from the Charles M.
Schulz-Sonoma County Airport, CA,
extending from the 4.3 mile radius of the
airport to 7.4 miles northwest of the airport,
and that airspace extending upward from the
surface within 1.2 miles each side of the 156°
bearing from the airport extending from the
4.3 mile radius to 6.3 miles southeast of the
airport.

Emission Standards for Hazardous Air
Pollutants (NESHAP): Site
Remediation.’’ The EPA is extending the
comment period on the proposed rule
that was scheduled to close on June 27,
2016, by thirty days. The EPA has
received letters from trade organizations
and calls from business organizations
requesting additional time to review and
comment on the proposed rule
revisions.
