meeting of the Minority Depository
Institutions Advisory Committee
(MDIAC).
SUMMARY:
The OCC MDIAC will hold a
public meeting on Tuesday, July 12,
2016, beginning at 8:30 a.m. Eastern
Daylight Time (EDT).

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: By this
notice, the OCC is announcing that the
MDIAC will convene a meeting at 8:30
a.m. EDT on Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at
the Office of the Comptroller of the
Currency, 400 7th Street SW.,
Washington, DC 20219. Agenda items
will include current topics of interest to
the industry. The purpose of the
meeting is for the MDIAC to advise the
OCC on steps the agency may be able to
take to ensure the continued health and
viability of minority depository
institutions and other issues of concern
to minority depository institutions.
Members of the public may submit
written statements to the MDIAC by any
one of the following methods:

Administration (VHA) is announcing an
opportunity for public comment on the
proposed collection of certain
information by the agency. Under the
Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of
1995, Federal agencies are required to
publish notice in the Federal Register
concerning each proposed collection of
information, including each proposed
revision of a currently approved
collection, and allow 60 days for public
comment in response to the notice. This
notice solicits comments on information
needed to identify areas for
improvement in clinical training
programs.

recommendations on the proposed
collection of information should be
received on or before August 22, 2016.

comments on: (1) Whether the proposed
collection of information is necessary
for the proper performance of VHA’s
functions, including whether the
information will have practical utility;
(2) the accuracy of VHA’s estimate of
the burden of the proposed collection of
information; (3) ways to enhance the
quality, utility, and clarity of the
information to be collected; and (4)
ways to minimize the burden of the
collection of information on
respondents, including through the use
of automated collection techniques or
the use of other forms of information
technology.

Abstracts: VA Form 10–2407 is
necessary for the residential care home
to qualify to provide care to veteran

under the authority of Title 38, Part II,
Sections 1720 and 1730. The form
covers community providers.
Community Nursing Homes (CNHs)
already use the form, and the form will
cover Home Health and Hospice Care
agencies and community adult day
health care centers.

Estimated Annual Burden: 42 hours.
Estimated Average Burden per
