benefits will be filed. Under the
streamline III program, the information
can be used to directly pay eligible
homeowners.

a nonprofit can qualify for an FHA
insured loan; and Secondary Financing
where a nonprofit can provide financial
assistance to low to-moderate- income
family in the purchase of a home. Once
a Nonprofit submits and application
that is approved, the Nonprofit is placed
on the FHA Nonprofit Organization
Roster. The Nonprofit must recertify
every two years and maintain
documentation for reporting purposes
and to permit FHA to monitor their
activities to ensure compliance with

A permit granted by us under section
10(a)(1)(A) of the ESA authorizes the
permittee to conduct activities with U.S.
endangered or threatened species for
scientific purposes, enhancement of
propagation or survival, or interstate
commerce (the latter only in the event
that it facilitates scientific purposes or
enhancement of propagation or
survival). Our regulations implementing
section 10(a)(1)(A) of the ESA for these
permits are found at 50 CFR 17.22 for
