The Web-based form enables submitting whistleblower complaints directly to the OSHA 24-hours a day. Additionally, the revised form includes interactive features that make it easier to understand and complete. The revised form also provides information about worker protections enforced by other agencies, in order better to direct complainants to the proper investigative agencies.
