This reinstatement request utilizes revised versions of the site visit interview guide approved under the Minority AIDS Initiative—Targeted Capacity Expansion (MAI–TCE) Grantees Integrating HIV Primary Care, Substance Abuse, and Behavioral Health Services (OMB NO. 0930–0336).
