submit the following information
collection request to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and approval in accordance with
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

will be accepted for 60 days until

Abstract: 27 CFR part 478 of Federal
Regulations requires Federal Firearms
Licensees’ who discovers a firearm it
shipped was stolen or lost in transit, the
transferor/sender FFL must report the
theft or loss to ATF and to the
appropriate local authorities within 48
hours of discovery.
5. An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: An estimated 550 respondents
will take 20 minutes to complete the
form.
6. An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: The estimated annual public
burden associated with this collection is
182 hours.

Notice is hereby given,
pursuant to the provisions of the
Government in the Sunshine Act, that
the Operations and Regulations
Committee (Committee) of the Board of
Directors for the Legal Services
Corporation (LSC) will hold its third
and final Rulemaking Workshop
(Workshop) to solicit public input on
revisions to LSC’s Cost Standards and
Procedures and the Property
Acquisition and Management Manual
(PAMM).
