Columbia seeks authorization to abandon and modify certain storage facilities in the Majorsville-Heard Storage Complex (Storage Complex) in Marshall County, West Virginia. The authorizations proposed in this proceeding do not relate to mining activities, thus as Columbia’s blanket authorization issued in Docket No. CP95–61–000 is limited to those activities related to coal mining activities in the Storage Complex, Columbia is seeking abandonment authority under its blanket certificate issued in Docket No. CP83–76–000, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
