AGENCY:
ACTION:
The Forest Resource
Coordinating Committee (Committee)
will meet via teleconference. The
Committee is established consistent
with the Federal Advisory Committee
Act of 1972 (FACA) (5 U.S.C. App. II),
and the Food, Conservation, and Energy
Act of 2008 (the Act) (Pub. L. 110–246).
Committee information can be found at

DATES: The teleconference will be held
on July 20, 2016, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30
p.m., Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
All meetings are subject to
cancellation. For status of the meeting
prior to attendance, please contact the

INFORMATION CONTACT.

1. Follow up on action items from
May 2016 meeting, and
2. Deliver presentation on area of
interest.
The teleconference is open to the
public. However, the public is strongly
encouraged to RSVP prior to the
teleconference to ensure all related
documents are shared with public
meeting participants. The agenda will
include time for people to make oral
statements of three minutes or less.
Individuals wishing to make an oral
statement should submit a request in
writing 10 days before the planned
meeting to be scheduled on the agenda.
Anyone who would like to bring related
matters to the attention of the
Committee may file written statements
with the Committee staff before or after
the meeting. Written comments and
time requests for oral comments must be

Notice.
The Rural BusinessCooperative Service announces
competitive grant funds for the Fiscal
Year (FY) 2016 Socially-Disadvantaged
Groups Grant (SDGG) program, formerly
known as the Small SociallyDisadvantaged Producer Grant program,
as authorized by the Consolidated
Appropriations Act, 2016 (Pub. L. 114–
113). The purpose of this program is to
provide technical assistance to SociallyDisadvantaged Groups in rural areas.
Eligible applicants include
Cooperatives, Groups of Cooperatives,
and Cooperative Development Centers.
The Agency is encouraging applications
that direct grants to projects based in or
serving census tracts with poverty rates
greater than or equal to 20 percent. This
emphasis will support Rural
Development’s (RD) mission of
improving the quality of life for rural
Americans and commitment to directing
resources to those who most need them.
SUMMARY:
Completed applications for
grants must be submitted on paper or
electronically according to the following
deadlines:
Paper copies must be postmarked and
mailed, shipped, or sent overnight no
later than August 5, 2016. You may also
hand carry your application to one of
our field offices, but it must be received
by close of business on the deadline
date.
Electronic copies must be received by
https://www.grants.gov no later than
midnight Eastern time August 1, 2016.
Late applications are not eligible for
funding under this Notice and will not
be evaluated.

(State Office) located in the State where
you are headquartered if you have
questions. Contact information for State
