SUMMARY: On April 7, 2016, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 
published a notice in the Federal Register to solicit public comments 
on a proposed SBIR/STTR Policy Directive, which among other things

SBIR and STTR small business awardees, add definitions relating to data
