petitioner seeks the exemption to allow
Columbia Helicopters, Inc. (CHI) pilot
applicants to utilize CHI-owned Boeing
Model 234 helicopters to demonstrate
instrument maneuvers as well as to use
the Model 234 to take the practical test
for an ‘‘Aircraft Type Rating Limited to
VFR’’ in the ATP Practical Test
Standards for Helicopters.
