ACTION: Combined license application; receipt. AGENCY: By letter dated May 07, 2015, the licensee requested that the NRC amend the COLs for VEGP, Units 3 and 4, COLs NPF–91 and NPF–92. The proposed amendment is described in Section I of this Federal Register notice. The Commission has determined for these amendments that the application complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission’s rules and regulations. The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Commission’s rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment. A notice of consideration of issuance of amendment to facility operating license or combined license, as applicable, proposed no significant hazards consideration determination, and opportunity for a hearing in connection with these actions, was published in the Federal Register on July 21, 2015 (80 FR 43123). No comments were received during the 30day comment period. The Commission has determined that these amendments satisfy the criteria for categorical exclusion in accordance with 10 CFR 51.22. authorities applicable to a single agency that were established or
revoked from January 1, 2016, to January 31, 2016.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In accordance with 5 CFR 213.103, Schedule
A, B, and C appointing authorities available for use by all agencies
are codified in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Schedule A, B,
and C appointing authorities applicable to a single agency are not
codified in the CFR, but the Office of Personnel Management (OPM)
publishes a notice of agency-specific authorities established or
revoked each month in the Federal Register at www.gpo.gov/fdsys/. OPM
also

publishes an annual notice of the consolidated listing of all Schedule
A, B, and C appointing authorities, current as of June 30, in the
Federal Register.
