The meeting will be closed to the

552b(c)(4) and 552b(c)(6), Title 5 U.S.C.,
as amended. The grant applications and
the discussions could disclose
confidential trade secrets or commercial
property such as patentable materials,
and personal information concerning

would constitute a clearly unwarranted

AGENCY:
Notice is hereby given,
pursuant to CBP regulations, that
Quality Custom Inspections and
Laboratories, LLC, has been approved to
gauge and accredited to test petroleum
and petroleum products for customs
purposes for the next three years as of
October 20, 2015.
DATES: Effective Dates: The
accreditation and approval of Quality
Custom Inspections and Laboratories,
LLC, as commercial gauger and
laboratory became effective on October
20, 2015. The next triennial inspection
date will be scheduled for October 2018.
