On April 29, 2016, the Postal Service
filed notice that it has agreed to an
amendment to the existing Priority Mail
Express Contract 25 negotiated service
agreement approved in this docket.1 In

Postal Service seeks to incorporate by

The Amendment changes prices
under Priority Mail Express Contract 25
as contemplated by the contract’s terms.

and an application for non-public
treatment of certain materials. It also
filed supporting financial workpapers.

matters raised by the Notice.
The Commission invites comments on
whether the Postal Service’s filing is
