Abstract of proposed collection: The
Office of Overseas Schools of the
Department of State (A/OPR/OS) is
responsible for determining that
adequate educational opportunities
exist at Foreign Service Posts for
dependents of U.S. Government
personnel stationed abroad, and for
assisting American-sponsored overseas
schools to demonstrate U.S. educational
philosophy and practice. The
information gathered provides the
technical and professional staff of
A/OPR/OS the means by which
obligations, expenditures and
reimbursements of the grant funds are
monitored to ensure the grantee is in
compliance with the terms of the grant.
Methodology: The DS–2028 is in a
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, and is sent
as a link to the school along with the
grant documents. School officials can
complete the form electronically and
forward the form to post for forwarding
to A/OPR/OS.

Overseas Schools Advisory Council
Notice of Meeting
The Department of State Overseas
Schools Advisory Council will hold its
next Executive Committee Meeting on
Thursday, June 16, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in
Conference Room 1482, Marshall
Center, Department of State Building,
2201 C Street NW., Washington, DC.
The meeting is open to the public and
will last until approximately 12:00 p.m.
The Overseas Schools Advisory
Council works closely with the U.S.
business community to improve
American-sponsored schools overseas
that are assisted by the Department of

State and attended by dependents of
U.S. government employees, and
children of employees of U.S.
corporations and foundations abroad.
This meeting will deal with issues
related to the work and support
provided by the Overseas Schools
Advisory Council to Americansponsored overseas schools. There will
be a report and discussion about the
status of the Council-sponsored projects
such as The World Virtual School and
The Child Protection Project. The
Regional Education Officers in the
Office of Overseas Schools will make
presentations on the activities and
initiatives in American-sponsored
overseas schools.
Members of the public may attend the
meeting and join in the discussion,
subject to the instructions of the Chair.
Admittance of public members will be
limited to the seating available. Access
to the State Department is controlled,
and individual building passes are
required for all attendees. Persons who
plan to attend should advise the office
of Dr. Keith D. Miller, Department of
State, Office of Overseas Schools,
telephone 202–261–8200, prior to June
9, 2016. Each visitor will be asked to
provide his/her date of birth and either
a driver’s license or passport number at
the time of registration and attendance,
and must bring a valid photo ID to the
meeting.
Personal data is requested pursuant to
Public Law 99–399 (Omnibus
Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism
Act of 1986), as amended; Public Law
107–56 (USA PATRIOT Act); and E.O.
13356. The purpose of the collection is
to validate the identity of individuals
who enter Department facilities. The
data will be entered into the Visitor
Access Control System (VACS–D)

Any requests for reasonable
accommodation should be made at the

From the Prado’’ Exhibition
Notice is hereby given of the
following determinations: Pursuant to
the authority vested in me by the Act of
October 19, 1965 (79 Stat. 985; 22 U.S.C.
2459), E.O. 12047 of March 27, 1978, the
Foreign Affairs Reform and
Restructuring Act of 1998 (112 Stat.
2681, et seq.; 22 U.S.C. 6501 note, et
seq.), Delegation of Authority No. 234 of
October 1, 1999, Delegation of Authority
No. 236–3 of August 28, 2000 (and, as
appropriate, Delegation of Authority No.
257–1 of December 11, 2015), I hereby
determine that the objects to be
included in the exhibition ‘‘Splendor,
Myth and Vision: Nudes from the
Prado,’’ imported from abroad for
temporary exhibition within the United
States, are of cultural significance. The
objects are imported pursuant to a loan
agreement with the foreign owner or
custodian. I also determine that the
exhibition or display of the exhibit
objects at The Sterling and Francine
Clark Art Institute, Williamstown,
Massachusetts, from on or about June
11, 2016, until on or about October 10,
2016, and at possible additional
exhibitions or venues yet to be
determined, is in the national interest.
I have ordered that Public Notice of
these Determinations be published in
the Federal Register.
