Comments, including names and street addresses of respondents, will be available for public review at the BLM Royal Gorge Field Office during regular business hours. In order to ensure consideration in the environmental analysis of the proposed sale, comments must be in writing and postmarked or delivered within 45 days of the initial date of publication of this Notice. We will place a copy of the plat, in two sheets, and related field notes we described in the open files. They will be available to the public as a matter of information. SUMMARY: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will file the plat of 
survey of the lands described below in the BLM Montana State Office, 
Billings, Montana, on June 2, 2016.

DATES: A notice of protest of the survey must be filed before June 2, 
2016 to be considered. A statement of reasons for a protest may be 
filed with the notice of protest and must be filed within 30 days after
