channel to be bypassed for up to 4 hours
for surveillance testing, and two new
action notes are established for the PR
nuclear instrumentation in TS Table
4.3–1. The changes support the
installation and use of bypass test
capability for the PR nuclear
instrumentation.

Salem, Unit No. 1, prior to returning to
the MODE of applicability following
