Title: Application for Renewal of
Enrollment to Practice Before the
Internal Revenue Service.
OMB Number: 1545–0946.
Form Number: 8554.
Abstract: The information obtained
from Form 8554 relates to the approval
of continuing professional education
programs and the renewal of the
enrollment status for those individuals
admitted (enrolled) to practice before
the Internal Revenue Service. The
information will be used by the Director
of Practice to determine the
qualifications of individuals who apply
for renewal of enrollment.
Title: Application for Renewal of
Enrollment to Practice Before the
Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled
Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA).
Form: 8554–EP.
Abstract: This form is used to renew
your Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent
(ERPA) status. You must renew your
enrollment status every 3 years.
Current Actions: There are no changes
being made to the form at this time.
Type of Review: Extension of a
currently approved collection.
Affected Public: Individuals or
households.
Estimated Number of Respondents:

of the burden of the collection of
information; (c) ways to enhance the
quality, utility, and clarity of the
information to be collected; (d) ways to
minimize the burden of the collection of
information on respondents, including
through the use of automated collection

technology; and (e) estimates of capital
or start-up costs and costs of operation,
maintenance, and purchase of services
to provide information.

2, that the National Research Advisory
Council will hold a meeting on
Wednesday, June 8, 2016, in Room 730
at 810 Vermont Ave NW., Washington,
DC. The meeting will convene at 9:00
a.m. and end at 3:30 p.m., and is open
to the public. Anyone attending must
show a valid photo ID to building
security and be escorted to the meeting.
Please allow 15 minutes before the
meeting begins for this process.
No time will be allocated at this
meeting for receiving oral presentations
from the public. Members of the public
wanting to attend, or needing further
