Furthermore, the TMAC is required to submit an annual report to the FEMA Administrator that contains: (1) A description of the activities of the Council; (2) an evaluation of the status and performance of flood insurance rate maps and mapping activities to revise and update Flood Insurance Rate Maps; and (3) a summary of recommendations made by the Council to the FEMA Administrator. Further, in accordance with the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014, the TMAC must develop a review report related to flood mapping in support of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Agenda: On May 9 and 10, 2016, TMAC members will receive briefings from subject matter experts, and will present and deliberate on the draft content and potential recommendations to be incorporated in the 2016 Review Report and the 2016 Annual Report. A brief public comment period will take place each day during the meeting. In addition, the TMAC members will identify and coordinate on the TMAC’s next steps for Review Report and Annual Report production. related determinations.

Parishes for Individual Assistance and assistance for debris removal 
and emergency protective measures (Categories A and B), including 
direct federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program.

The following Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance Numbers (CFDA) 
are to be used for reporting and drawing funds: 97.030, Community 
Disaster Loans; 97.031, Cora Brown Fund; 97.032, Crisis Counseling;
