the expansion projects will significantly
extend the geographic reach of the
Medallion system, expand Medallion’s
mainline capacity and provide shippers
with significant flexibility and
beneficial new outlets for crude oil
production, all as more fully explained
in the petition.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
