ACTION: Notice. AGENCY: This Notice announces that the Rural Business-Cooperative Service (Agency) is accepting fiscal year (FY) 2016 applications for the Value-Added Producer Grant (VAPG) program. Approximately $44 million is available to help agricultural producers enter into value-added activities for FY 2016, including approximately $30.25 million available through the Agricultural Act of 2014 (2014 Farm Bill), $10.75 million through the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2016 and $3 million in carryover funding.
