On February 18, 2016, as provided for
under 42 U.S.C. 7384l(14)(C), the
Secretary of HHS designated the
following class of employees as an
addition to the SEC:
All Atomic Weapons Employees who
worked at the facility owned by the Battelle
Laboratories at the King Avenue site in
Columbus, Ohio, during the period from July
1, 1956, through December 31, 1970, for a
number of work days aggregating at least 250
work days, occurring either solely under this
employment, or in combination with work
days within the parameters established for
one or more other classes of employees
included in the Special Exposure Cohort.
This designation became effective on
March 19, 2016. Therefore, beginning on
March 19, 2016, members of this class
of employees, defined as reported in
this notice, became members of the SEC.

Collection: The form is used by
applicants to request that human
embryonic stem cell lines be approved
for use in NIH funded research.
Applicants may submit applications at
any time.
OMB approval is requested for 3
years. There are no costs to respondents
other than their time. The total
estimated annualized burden hours are
2,550.

Written comments and/or suggestions
from the public and affected agencies
are invited to address one or more of the
following points: (1) Whether the
proposed collection of information is
