AGENCY:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) is announcing the
withdrawal of a license amendment
application from the U.S. Department of
the Army (the licensee) for its Jefferson
Proving Ground (JPG) site located in
Madison, Indiana, to decommission the
site under restricted release conditions
as defined in the NRC’s regulations.
DATES: The license amendment
application was withdrawn by the
licensee on November 25, 2015.
