Announcement of meeting.
Notice is hereby given,
pursuant to the provisions of the rules
and regulations of the U.S. Commission
on Civil Rights (Commission) and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act that
the Indiana Advisory Committee
(Committee) will hold a meeting on
Wednesday, April 20, 2016, from 1:00
p.m.–2:00 p.m. EDT. The Committee
will discuss testimony received
regarding school discipline policies and
practices which may facilitate
disparities in juvenile justice
involvement and youth incarceration
rates on the basis of race, color,
disability, or sex, in what has become
known as the ‘‘School to Prison
Pipeline,’’ in preparation to issue a
report to the Commission on the topic.
This meeting is open to the public via

SUMMARY: On November 30, 2015, the
Department of Commerce (the
Department) published in the Federal
Register the preliminary results of the
administrative review of the
antidumping duty order on brass sheet
and strip (BSS) from Italy covering the
period of review (POR) March 1, 2014,
through February 28, 2015.1 This review
covers one company, KME Italy SpA
(KME Italy). The Department conducted
this administrative review in
accordance with section 751(a) of the
Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
The Department gave interested parties
an opportunity to comment on the
Preliminary Results, but we received no
comments. Hence, these final results are
unchanged from the Preliminary
Results.

7409.29.00.90 of the Harmonized Tariff

Assessment Rates
We will instruct U.S. Customs and
Border Protection (CBP) to apply an ad
valorem assessment rate of 22.00
percent to all entries of subject
merchandise during the POR which
were produced and/or exported by KME
Italy SpA. The Department intends to
issue assessment instructions to CBP 15
days after the date of publication of
these final results of review.
Cash Deposit Requirements
The following deposit requirements
will be effective upon publication of the
notice of final results of administrative
review for all shipments of BSS from
Italy entered, or withdrawn from
warehouse, for consumption on or after
the date of publication, as provided by
section 751(a)(2) of the Act: (1) The cash
deposit rate for KME Italy SpA will be
equal to the dumping margin
established in the final results of this
review; (2) for merchandise exported by
manufacturers or exporters not covered
in this review but covered in a prior
segment of the proceeding, the cash
deposit rate will continue to be the
company-specific rate published for the
most recently completed segment of this
proceeding; (3) if the exporter is not a
firm covered in this review, a prior
review, or the less-than-fair-value
(LTFV) investigation but the
manufacturer is, the cash deposit rate
will be the rate established for the most
recently completed segment of this
proceeding for the manufacturer of the
merchandise; and (4) if neither the
exporter nor the manufacturer has its
own rate, the cash deposit rate will
continue to be 5.44 percent, the allothers rate determined in the LTFV
investigation. These deposit
requirements, when imposed, shall
remain in effect until further notice.
