The application seeks NRC approval of the direct transfer of Facility Operating License No. DPR–45 for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR), from the current holder, DPC, to LaCrosseSolutions, LLC (LS) a wholly owned subsidiary of EnergySolutions (ES). The NRC is also considering amending the facility operating license for administrative purposes to reflect the proposed transfer. DATES: Comments must be filed by April 18, 2016.
