AGENCY: ACTION: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), that a planning meeting of the South Dakota Advisory Committee to the Commission will convene at 12:00 p.m. (MST) on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, via teleconference. The purpose of the meeting is to review current civil rights issues in the state identified by state advisory committee members. A goal of the meeting is to select a topic for study. Members of the public may listen to the discussion by dialing the following Conference Call Toll-Free Number: 1– 888–455–2296; Conference ID: 5419679. Please be advised that before being placed into the conference call, the operator will ask callers to provide their names, their organizational affiliations (if any), and an email address (if available) prior to placing callers into the conference room. ACTION: Notice of public meeting. AGENCY: The Bureau of the Census (Census Bureau) is giving notice of a meeting of the Census Scientific Advisory Committee (C–SAC). The Committee will address policy, research, and technical issues relating to a full range of Census Bureau programs and activities, including communications, decennial, demographic, economic, field operations, geographic, information technology, and statistics. The C–SAC will meet in a plenary session on April 14–15, 2016. Last minute changes to the schedule are possible, which could prevent giving advance public notice of schedule adjustments.
