Energy Conservation Program: Certification and Enforcement-Import Data Collection; Notice of Extension of Comment Period, 11686 [2016-04829]

Download as PDF 11686 Federal Register / Vol. 81, No. 44 / Monday, March 7, 2016 / Proposed Rules IV. Conclusion For the reasons cited in this document, the NRC is denying PRM– 50–106. The NRC is denying this petition because the current regulations already address environmental qualification in both mild and design basis event conditions of electrical equipment located both inside and outside of the containment building that is important to safety, and the petitioners did not provide significant new or previously unconsidered information sufficient to justify rulemaking. Dated at Rockville, Maryland, this 29th day of February, 2016. For the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Annette L. Vietti-Cook, Secretary of the Commission.
