4. The personal information obtained
on an individual from a CHRC may be
transferred to another licensee if the
gaining licensee receives the
individual’s written request to redisseminate the information contained
in his/her file, and the gaining licensee
verifies information such as the
individual’s name, date of birth, social
security number, sex, and other
applicable physical characteristics for
identification purposes.
5. The licensee shall make criminal
history records, obtained under this
section, available for examination by an
authorized representative of the NRC to
determine compliance with the
regulations and laws.

ACTION: Draft NUREG; extension of
comment period.
On February 5, 2016, the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
solicited comments on draft NUREG,
NUREG–1021, Revision 11, ‘‘Operator
Licensing Examination Standards for
Power Reactors.’’ The public comment
period was originally scheduled to close
on March 21, 2016. The NRC has
decided to extend the public comment
period to allow more time for members
of the public to develop and submit
their comments.
DATES: The due date of comments
requested in the document published on
February 5, 2016 (81 FR 6301) is
extended. Comments should be filed no
later than April 5, 2016. Comments
received after this date will be
considered if it is practical to do so, but
the NRC staff is able to ensure
consideration only for comments
received on or before this date.
