DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
The
purpose of the meeting is:
1. Forest Plan Revision: How can the
PAC engage in the Process and the
Outcomes;
2. Sustainable Recreation: The future
of wildland trails and the role of the
PAC;
3. Wilderness Management and the
role of the PAC; and
4. Timber and Fuels Management:
Where we have been, where we are
now, and where we might go in the
future.
The meeting is open to the public.
The agenda will include time for people
to make oral statements of three minutes
or less. Individuals wishing to make an
oral statement should request in writing
by March 8, 2016, to be scheduled on
the agenda. Anyone who would like to
bring related matters to the attention of
the committee may file written
statements with the committee staff
before or after the meeting. Written
comments and requests for time to make
oral comments must be sent to Beth

Meeting Accommodations: If you are
a person requiring reasonable

On October 29, 2015, KONE Inc.
submitted a notification of proposed
production activity to the Foreign-Trade
Zones (FTZ) Board for its facility within
FTZ 39—Site 21, in Allen, Texas.
The notification was processed in
accordance with the regulations of the
FTZ Board (15 CFR part 400), including
notice in the Federal Register inviting
public comment (80 FR 68836,
November 6, 2015). The FTZ Board has
determined that no further review of the
activity is warranted at this time. The
production activity described in the
notification is authorized, subject to the
FTZ Act and the Board’s regulations,
including Section 400.14.

ACTION:
The Deschutes Provincial
Advisory Committee (PAC) will meet in
Bend, Oregon. The committee is
authorized pursuant to the
implementation of E–19 of the Record of
Decision and operates in compliance
with the Federal Advisory Committee
Act. The purpose of the committee is to
provide advice and make
recommendations to promote a better
integration of forest management
activities between Federal and nonFederal entities to ensure that such
activities are complementary. PAC
information can be found at the

DATES: The meeting will be held on
March 9, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00
