Dominion Carolina Gas requests authorization to construct, install, own, operate and maintain certain facilities located in Calhoun, Richland, and Lexington Counties, South Carolina. This Project would enable Dominion Carolina Gas to provide 18 million cubic feet per day of firm transportation service to the existing International Paper Plant in Eastover, South Carolina.
