Date of Effectiveness of the Proposed Rule Change and Timing for Commission Action The foregoing rule change has become effective upon filing 16 pursuant to Section 19(b)(3)(A)(ii) of the Act 17 and Rule 19b–4(f)(2) thereunder 18 because it constitutes a change in fees imposed by OCC on its clearing members and other market participants using OCC’s services.
