SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a 
disaster for the State of Washington dated 01/28/2016.
    Incident: Severe Winter Storms, Straight-line Winds, Flooding, 
Landslides, Mudslides and Tornado.
    Incident Period: 12/01/2015 through 12/14/2015.

DATES: Effective Date: 01/28/2016.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/28/2016.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/28/2016.
