A single auxiliary lane would be constructed along southbound SR–125 extending from the Lemon Avenue on-ramp to the exit for the proposed connector. In addition, a single auxiliary lane would be constructed extending from the end of the proposed connector to the eastbound Kenwood Drive Off-ramp.     In accordance with part 211 of title 49 of the Code of Federal 
Regulations (CFR), this document provides the public notice that by a
