Accordingly, no changes have been
made to the Collection.
Information Collection Request
1. Title: Welding and Hot Works
Permits; Posting of Warning Signs.
OMB Control Number: 1625–0016
Summary: This information collection
helps to ensure that waterfront facilities
and vessels are in compliance with
safety standards. A permit must be
issued prior to welding or hot work at
certain waterfront facilities; and, the
posting of warning signs is required on
certain facilities.
Need: The information is needed to
ensure safe operations on certain
waterfront facilities and vessels.
Forms: CG–4201, Welding and Hot
Work.
Respondents: Owners and operators
of certain waterfront facilities and
vessels.
Frequency: On occasion.
Hour Burden Estimate: The estimated
burden has increased from 546 hours to
593 hours a year due to an increase in
the estimated annual number of
responses.
Authority: The Paperwork Reduction Act
of 1995; 44 U.S.C. Chapter 35, as amended.

Description of the need for the
information and proposed use: The
Indian Community Capital Initiative
(ICCI) is a collaborative effort among
three federal agencies—the Department
of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD), the Department of the
Treasury—Community Development
Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI
Fund), and the Department of
Agriculture—Rural Development
(USDA–RD). The ICCI’s goal is to
increase access to capital for business
lending and economic development and
entrepreneurship for Federally
recognized Indian tribes.
Federally recognized Indian tribe
means any tribal entity eligible to apply
for funding and services from the
Bureau of Indian Affairs by virtue of its
status as an Indian tribe. The list of
Federally recognized Indian tribes can
be found in the notice published by the
Department of the Interior on January
