SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a 
disaster for the State of Connecticut dated 01/21/2016.
    Incident: Condominium Complex Fire.
    Incident Period: 12/31/2015.
    Effective Date: 01/21/2016.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/21/2016.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/21/2016.
