The purpose of the system is to extend outreach, engagement, and collaboration efforts with the public, and to facilitate transparency and accountability with regard to Department activities; to conduct and administer contests, challenges, and other competitions; and to track aggregate activity and analytics to determine the effectiveness of email campaigns.
