    An application has been submitted to the Foreign-Trade Zones (FTZ) 
Board by the City of Victorville, California, grantee of FTZ 243, 
requesting an additional site within Subzone 243A on behalf of Black & 
Decker (U.S.) Inc., located in Rialto, California. The application was 
submitted pursuant to the provisions of the Foreign-Trade Zones Act, as 
amended (19 U.S.C. 81a-81u), and the regulations of the FTZ Board (15 
CFR part 400). It was formally docketed on January 14, 2016.
    Subzone 243A was approved on May 20, 2005 (70 FR 32570, 06-03-2005)
