Abstract: The Pre-Discharge Compensation Claim is used by service members to file claims under the Benefits Delivery at Discharge or Quick PO 00000 Frm 00151 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 9990 Start programs under Title 38 U.S.C. 5101(a). Without this information, VA would be unable to effectively administer this law. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on this collection of information was published at 80 FR 203 on October 21, 2015.
