SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency declaration for 
the State of Missouri (FEMA-3374-EM), dated January 2, 2016, and 
related determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: January 4, 2016.

(Categories A and B), limited to direct federal assistance, under
