Staff as Non-Decisional
With respect to an order issued by the
Commission on January 6, 2016 in the
above-captioned docket,1 with the
exceptions noted below, the staff of the
Office of Enforcement are designated as
non-decisional in deliberations by the
Commission in this docket.
Accordingly, pursuant to 18 CFR
385.2202 (2015), they will not serve as
advisors to the Commission or take part
in the Commission’s review of any offer
of settlement. Likewise, as nondecisional staff, pursuant to 18 CFR
385.2201 (2015), they are prohibited
from communicating with advisory staff
concerning any deliberations in this
docket.
Exceptions to this designation as nondecisional are:

ACTION: Notice of teleconference and
face-to-face meetings.
AGENCY:
The Environmental Protection
Agency’s (EPA), Environmental
Laboratory Advisory Board (ELAB), as
previously announced, holds
teleconference meetings the third
Wednesday of each month at 1:00 p.m.
ET and two face-to-face meetings each
calendar year. For 2016, teleconference
only meetings will be February 17,
March 16, April 20, May 18, June 15,
July 20, September 21, October 19,
November 16, and December 21 to
discuss the ideas and views presented at
the previous ELAB meetings, as well as
new business. Items to be discussed by
ELAB over these coming meetings
include: (1) Issues in continuing the
expansion of national environmental

SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA), Environmental
Laboratory Advisory Board (ELAB), as previously announced, holds
