January 6, 2016.
Pursuant to section 19(b)(1) 1 of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (‘‘Act’’)
and Rule 19b–4 2 thereunder, notice is
hereby given that on December 30, 2015,
the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation
(‘‘FICC’’) filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission (‘‘Commission’’)
the proposed rule change as described
in Items I and II below, which Items
have been prepared by FICC. FICC filed
the proposed rule change pursuant to
section 19(b)(3)(A) 3 of the Act and Rule
19b–4(f)(2) 4 thereunder. The proposed
rule change was effective upon filing
with the Commission. The Commission
is publishing this notice to solicit
comments on the proposed rule change
from interested persons.

Terms of Substance of the Proposed
Rule Change
The proposed rule change consists of
amendments to the Fee Schedule in the
Government Securities Division
(‘‘GSD’’) Rulebook 5 (the ‘‘GSD Rules’’).
The fee changes will be effective as of
January 1, 2016.
