hold a meeting of its Guam Mariana

(FEP) Advisory Panel (AP) and
Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana
Islands (CNMI) Mariana Archipelago
FEP AP Advisory Panel to discuss and
make recommendations on fishery
management issues in the Western
Pacific Region.
DATES: The Guam Mariana Archipelago
FEP AP will meet on Thursday, January
28, 2015, between 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.
and the CNMI Mariana Archipelago FEP
AP will meet on Friday, January 29,
2015, between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. All

ACTION: Notice and request for
information.
AGENCY:
The Consumer Financial
Protection Bureau (Bureau) supervises
and enforces compliance with the Home
Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) for
certain financial institutions and
maintains a resubmission schedule and
guidelines (Resubmission Guidelines)
describing when supervised institutions
should correct and resubmit HMDA
data. The Bureau is considering whether
changes to its HMDA Resubmission
Guidelines may be appropriate for
HMDA data that will be submitted
under recent amendments to Regulation
C, which implements HMDA. The
Bureau requests information from the
public on what changes to the Bureau’s
