The Bureau is considering whether changes to its HMDA Resubmission Guidelines may be appropriate for HMDA data that will be submitted under recent amendments to Regulation C, which implements HMDA. ACTION: Notice of a public meeting and hearing.

SUMMARY: The Western Pacific Fishery Management Council (Council) will 
hold a meeting of its Guam Mariana Archipelago Fishery Ecosystem Plan
