following information collection request
to the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) for review and approval in
accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995. This proposed
information collection was previously
published in the Federal Register at 80
FR 57643, on September 24, 2015,
allowing for a 60 day comment period.
DATES: Comments are encouraged and
will be accepted for an additional 30
days until February 10, 2016.

SUMMARY:
(1) Type of Information Collection:
Approval of existing collection in use
without an OMB control number.
(2) Title of the Form/Collection:
Flash/Cancellation/Transfer Notice.
(3) Agency form number: I–12.
(4) Affected public who will be asked
or required to respond, as well as a brief
abstract: Primary: City, county, state,
federal and tribal law enforcement
agencies. This collection is needed to
indicate on an individual’s identity
history that the individual is being
supervised to ensure the supervisory
agency is notified of any additional
criminal activity. Acceptable data is
stored as part of the Next Generation
Identification (NGI) system of the FBI.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: It is estimated that 6,104
respondents will complete each form
within approximately 8 minutes.
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: There are an estimated
25,733 total annual burden hours
associated with this collection.
