Amendment and a certification of
compliance with 39 U.S.C. 3633(a), as
required by 39 CFR 3015.5.
The Postal Service also filed the
unredacted Amendment and supporting
financial information under seal. The
Postal Service seeks to incorporate by
reference the Application for NonPublic Treatment originally filed in this
docket for the protection of information
that it has filed under seal. Id. at 1. The
Amendment changes prices under
Priority Mail Contract 41. Id.
The Postal Service intends for the
Amendment to become effective one
business day after the date that the
Commission completes its review of the
Notice. Id. The Postal Service asserts
that the Amendment will not impair the
ability of the contract to comply with 39

On December 31, 2015, the Postal
Service filed notice that it has entered
into an additional Global Reseller
Expedited Package Services 2 (GREPS 2)
negotiated service agreement
(Agreement).1
To support its Notice, the Postal
Service filed a copy of the Agreement,
a copy of the Governors’ Decision
authorizing the product, and an
application for non-public treatment of
certain materials. It also filed supporting
financial workpapers under seal.
Pursuant to 39 CFR 3015.5(c)(2), a
certification of compliance with 39
U.S.C. 3633(a) was filed with the
Commission on January 4, 2016.2
